Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Discharge a contour of coolant К/В.
  2. Empty a radiator of system of cooling of the engine (the Section Replacement of a cooling liquid (ОЖ see)).

To empty system of cooling of the engine completely there is no sense.

  1. Remove levers and the e/motor of screen wipers, left and right обтекатели a windscreen, a cowl and the panel of devices with an intensifying bar (the Body see the Head).
  2. Disconnect from block K/V liquid and soaking up tubes.
  3. Disconnect water hoses from tubes of the heat exchanger of a heater.
  4. Remove the block of the fan of a heater (see Has undressed Removal, dismantling, assemblage and installation of the block of the fan of a heater).
  5. Wring out two clamps and disconnect the bottom branch pipe of a heater from the central air line.
  6. Remove an air line of a box of the console №1.
  7. Separate a socket, turn out two bolts and two nuts and remove block K/V.

Dismantling and check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Separate an electroconducting socket, turn out two screws and remove the e/motor of release of air.
  2. Remove burn down electroconductings and an arm.
  1. Turn out two screws, remove two plates and pull out the heater heat exchanger.
  1. Remove the relay of the e/motor of the fan of a heater.
  2. Turn out two screws and remove the e/motor of mixing of air.
  3. Separate a socket of the gauge of temperature of the evaporator, ослабьте gauge clamps on a plate of an arm and remove the gauge.
  4. Remove the broad valve and as soon as possible закупорьте its adjusting flange.
  5. Remove an air line from the driver.
  6. Turn out bolts of fastening of tubes to the evaporator and remove tubes with armature.
  7. Turn out 7 screws and remove an evaporator cover. Extend the evaporator.
  8. Check up and if necessary clean cells исправителя and the radiator heat exchanger the compressed air.
  9. Check up serviceability of functioning приводных e/motors.

Assemblage and installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Assemblage and installation are made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Pay attention to following moments:
    • Use new sealing rings on connections of refrigerator lines with block K/V, and also tubes with the broad valve and with the evaporator.
    • Collars of fastening of water hoses to the heat exchanger establish on distance from 1 to 7 mm from the hose end.
    • Level a label on a drain hose.
