Removal and dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove a corresponding wheel and temporarily fix a brake disk wheel nuts.
Turn out from a support a bolt, remove a lining and disconnect a flexible brake hose from a support.

Prepare capacity for gathering of a brake liquid.

Turn out adjusting bolts of a support (on the back brake mechanism – one bolt) and remove a support with скобы.
Remove brake колодки with антивизговыми overlays and holders колодок.
On the back brake mechanism remove, the main hairpin directing the plug with two epiploons and a cover of the main hairpin.
By means of a screw-driver remove a ring of a cover of the brake piston and a cover.
Lay between the piston and a support rags not to damage the piston at its extraction and, having submitted compressed air in the union of the brake mechanism, push out the piston from the cylinder.

Do not hold fingers between the piston and a support during removal of the piston by means of compressed air.

Screw-driver remove piston consolidation:
- On the forward brake mechanism;
- Remove with скобы a support two directing pins;
- Remove directing plug from the top party of a directing pin;

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Measure a thickness of brake disks and overlays brake колодок and compare the received values to requirements of Specifications of the Head Brake system. Examine колодки and disks on presence of mechanical damages. If necessary replace колодки and-or disks.
Measure axial palpation of a disk on distance of 10 mm from its external edge and compare result of measurement to requirements of Specifications of the Head Brake system. If necessary check up axial люфт the bearing. Adjust disk palpation for what execute following operations:
- Turn out two bolts of fastening скобы a support to a rotary fist and remove скобу;
- Remove a brake disk and establish it in the position turned from original on 1/5 turns;
- Tighten wheel nuts with effort of 103 Nanometers;
- Measure disk palpation in this position and write down results of measurement;
- Repeat last three operations for the remained three positions of a disk on a nave;
- If in any of positions disk palpation meets requirements of Specifications of the Head Brake system, establish a disk in this position. Otherwise replace a disk and again measure its axial palpation;
- Establish скобу a support and tighten bolts of its fastening with demanded effort.

Assemblage and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Assemblage and installation are made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments:
- Do not suppose hit of oil and greasing on frictional overlays brake колодок;
- At installation пыльников track, that their metal parts reliably adjoined to скобе a support;
- Tighten all connections with demanded efforts;
- After installation fill brake system with a liquid, pump over it and check up system on leaks.
