Removal and installation of the tank and the main brake cylinder (ГТЦ)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove air cleaner assemblage (see the Head of the Power supply system and release of the fulfilled gases).
  2. Pump out from ГТЦ a brake liquid by means of a syringe or спринцовки.
  3. Separate socket Д/В of low level of a brake liquid.
  4. Put adjusting labels on hoses of tank GTTS and collars, ослабьте collars and remove hoses from the tank.
  5. Turn out a bolt and remove assemblage of the tank of a brake liquid.
  6. Put adjusting labels on hoses of tank GTTS and collars, ослабьте collars and remove hoses with ГТЦ.
  7. Disconnect from the tank 2 brake tubes.
  8. Turn out two nuts and remove ГТЦ together with a lining.
  9. If necessary disassemble ГТЦ.
  10. Before installation clear ГТЦ and the tank the compressed air and adjust length of a press rod of the amplifier of brakes (see Has undressed Removal, check and installation of the amplifier of brakes).
  11. After installation fill the tank with a brake liquid, pump over brake system and check up it on leaks.
