Removal and engine installation, check of support

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove protection картера.
  2. Empty systems of cooling and engine greasing (Sections Replacement of a cooling liquid (ОЖ) and Replacement of impellent oil and the oil filter see).
  3. Remove a cowl and обтекатель a windscreen (the Body see the Head).
  4. Remove the storage battery together with its holder (see the Head of System of an electric equipment of the engine).
  1. Remove a decorative cover of the engine.
  1. Remove air cleaner assemblage (see Has undressed Removal and air cleaner installation).
  2. Remove the activator темпостата (№4 on an illustration the Components which are subject to removal for access to drive ГРМ).
  3. Remove top распорку an impellent compartment (the Body see the Head).
  4. Separate following components:
  5. Socket and collar of electroconducting of the generator;
  6. Two tyres of grounding from the right wheel arch;
  7. The tyre of grounding from the left wheel arch;
  8. Socket of the filter of noise from the left wheel arch;
  9. Negative wire from the battery;
  10. Two sockets from the block of the relay and safety locks in an impellent compartment;
  11. Hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from the air chamber;
  12. Hoses of a heater from the inlet pipeline of a branch pipe of giving ОЖ;
  13. Fuel submitting hose from a fuel tube;
  14. Cable of a drive throttle заслонки from the throttle case;
  15. Hose of a purge from assemblage of the valve of decrease in toxicity ОГ;
  16. Two vacuum hoses from vacuum chamber ACIS;
  17. The top hose of a radiator from a water waste branch pipe;
  18. The bottom hose of a radiator from a submitting tube of system of cooling;
  19. Two hoses of cooling ATF from two cabins of transmission;
  20. Remove ECM (see the Head of System of an electric equipment of the engine).
  21. Turn out two nuts of fastening of the holder of a plait of electroconducting of the engine to a partition of an impellent compartment and extend a plait.
  22. Remove the generator (see the Head of System of an electric equipment of the engine).
  23. Remove compressor K/V (sm the Head of System of cooling of the engine, heating, ventilation and an air conditioning).
  24. Disconnect a cable of switching of modes АТ from transmission.
  25. Turn out on two nuts of fastening of forward section №2 of an exhaust pipe to каталитическому to the converter and to forward section of an exhaust pipe then remove section №2 together with two linings (№№ 17-19).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Turn out two nuts of fastening of forward section of an exhaust pipe (№ 18) to a final collector of the right number of cylinders, and also two bolts and two nuts of its fastening to the central section of an exhaust pipe. Remove forward section of an exhaust pipe together with two linings.
  2. Remove локер the right wing.
  3. Disconnect racks of the stabilizer of a forward suspension bracket (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head).
  4. Remove карданный, intermediate and power shafts (the line see Head Transmissionnaja).
  5. Disconnect vacuum hoses from a forward stretcher, disconnect a socket and a collar of electroconducting VSV of management of an engine support, turn out the screw and remove VSV.
  6. Disconnect hoses ГУР from the tank and from a tube of the tank of liquid ГУР.
  7. Turn out a bolt and lift the receiver coolings ATF from a forward stretcher.
  1. Establish an elevating hook of the engine, tighten its fixing bolts with effort of 19.5 Nanometers and hang out the engine.

Posting of the engine by the way which distinct from is described above is not supposed.


  1. Remove draught of fastening of the engine and the right basic arm №2 engines.
  1. Turn out 8 bolts and remove support of a forward stretcher.
  1. Having made sure, that the power unit more connects nothing with a car body, lower the power unit together with a stretcher from an impellent compartment, trying thus not to touch any components.
  2. Remove from the engine pump GUR (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head).
  3. Turn out 4 bolts and remove the forward stabilizer of a suspension bracket.
  4. Disconnect hose ГУР from a tube, turn out two bolts and a nut and remove assemblage of the steering mechanism with draughts (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Turn out three bolts of fastening of a forward support of the engine (5) to a forward stretcher (№10).
  2. Turn out 4 bolts and remove гаситель fluctuations of the engine (№7).
  3. Turn out 4 bolts of fastening АТ to the left support of the power unit.
  4. Give a nut of a back arm of fastening of the engine (№6) to a back support of the power unit and remove a forward stretcher.
  5. Turn out on 4 bolts and remove from the engine a forward support and a back arm.
  6. Separate АТ from the engine (Automatic transmission and interaxal differential see the Head).

Check of support and installation of the power unit

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check up a condition of a forward support of the engine. For this purpose by means of the manual vacuum pump create depression 0.8 атм and keep it about one minute. Make sure that vacuum gauge indications do not vary, and also of absence of leaks of a liquid through a support diaphragm.
  2. Check up chain VSV of a support of the engine – at temperature 20 hailstones. Resistance between contacts of socket VSV should be no more than 18 22 Ohm. At the same time conductivity should be absent between each of contacts and case VSV.
  1. Check up serviceability of functioning VSV of a support of the engine – in the absence of pressure on contacts VSV air should leave unions G and E, and in the presence of pressure 12 In – from unions F and E.
  1. Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Tighten all fixture with demanded efforts.
  2. At installation of the right basic arm №2 and draughts of fastening of the engine at first tighten their fixture by hand, then tighten bolt A with effort of 64 Nanometers, and then tighten other bolts with demanded efforts.
